Extended Hours
From October 2023 through May 2024 during extended evening hours of 9 p.m. - 10: p.m., the Mental Health Association in Beaver County received 1,176 calls, averaging 147 calls per month, or approximately 5 calls per day. These figures underscore the significance of our low-cost service in providing support during hours when assistance might be scarce. Our service extends beyond mental health challenges. For instance, a caller experiencing both mental health challenges and complex family dynamics found comfort in talking with one of Warmline, a calmness and a new found perspective.
