Steve Chandler is a UK national who sits on the Leadership Team of Shell’s Polymer Plant in Monaca, PA. He is responsible for a number of areas of the plant, including safety, product quality and business optimization. He joined the UWBC board in the summer of 2023, the first time supporting a non-profit. He is married to Yolanda, a Dutch national, and they live in Pittsburgh.
