Some lucky Girl Scouts from a Rochester Housing Authority complex had the opportunity to attend the Pawsome Summer Day Camp. They had an absolute blast, and said it was life-changing for them. They are already asking about next year! The service unit manager who runs the camp was thrilled to have the girls from Rochester attending her camp. We were not only able to send these girls, but also 23 other girls from Rochester who could not have attended if there wasn't financial aid available. Last year there were 97 girls who attended the camp with four receiving financial aid, and this year there were 140 girls who attended, and we were able to provide financial aid to 31 of them!
