Matthew Cowie is a 37-year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers(IBEW), and currently serves as the Business Manager/Financial Secretary of the IBEW Local Union 712. He is also a delegate for the Beaver/Lawrence County Central Labor Council, recording secretary for the Western 3rd Business Managers Association and president of the Tri-State Business Managers Association.
Matthew and his wife Lea reside in Center Township, and have 3 children.
