Billie Morrison is the Director of Human Resources at Lincoln Learning Solutions. Billie has been with Lincoln Learning Solutions for ten years and was involved with the United Way Campaign. Prior to working for Lincoln Learning Solutions, Billie served the people of Beaver County as a Juvenile Court Officer for seventeen years. Billie enjoys spending time with her adult daughter, Payton, and her parents.
