We have a retired teacher that we have helped to obtain multiple medications to help ensure her diabetes is being treated. She did her research and made sure to even obtain supplemental prescription coverage, but it was still not enough. These prescriptions can become very costly, and many people are unable to afford their prescriptions. Fortunately, her provider told her about our Pharmaceutical Assistance Program at Beaver County Cancer & Heart Association, and we have been able to help her get both of her medications for free!
